He has worked for 21 years in Deptt. of Revenue (Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax) in different capacities and positions. He has wide experience in Customs Valuation, Investigation, Vigilance, Assessment, Classification etc. He was posted in TRU (Tax Research Unit) for 3 years, working on Indirect Tax proposals, drafting the Finance Bill and exemption notifications. He voluntarily left the Department at the level of Joint Commissioner and has a Law degree from the University of Delhi.

He superannuated in 2014 at the level of Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive) from the Department of Revenue (Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax), after working for more than 30 years in the field and CBIC, dealing with a large arena of issues and Policy matters. Being a law graduate from Delhi University, he has joined legal practice in these fields. He has special interest in GST for which he has completed various training courses organized by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), Faridabad.

He is a law graduate from the University of Delhi and has served the Deptt. of Revenue (Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax) for nearly 37 years.  He has vast practical and field experience in Customs and Central Excise, particularly Investigations, Legal, Adjudication, Appeal and Technical issues.  In addition, he also has tremendous experience in Vigilance and Service matters.  He retired voluntarily from the Department in 2015 to take up independent practice in the above areas.

Mr. K. R. Madhar, Advocate, High Court, Delhi, has achieved significant academic qualifications, including Master in Laws (LL.M.), M.B.A. and is currently pursuing Ph.D. with focus on G.S.T. He has recently retired as Additional Commissioner of Customs and GST after rendering 37 years of distinguished service in different capacities in the Deptt. of Revenue, Govt. of India. He has wide experience in Customs, GST, Investigations, Assessment matters, Classification issues, Appeals, DGFT, PMLA and other financial and technical matters.

Mr. Suresh C. Ganger retired as Director (PAC), CBIC, Deptt. of Revenue, Govt. of India. He joined the Department as Expert Appraiser (Electronics). He worked in the Department in different capacities i.e., as Under Secretary, CBIC, Assistant Director, DRI etc. He was also posted in Brussels for four years as Second Secretary (Trade)/ COIN Officer where he participated in important meetings of the World Customs Organisation including that of Harmonised System of Nomenclature (HSN) Committee, etc. He has wide experience in Customs, GST, Investigations, Assessment matters, Classification issues, Appeals, DGFT, PMLA and other financial & technical matters.
