He has wide experience in Customs Valuation, Investigation, Vigilance, Assessment, Classification etc. He was posted in TRU (Tax Research Unit) for 3 years, working on Indirect Tax proposals, drafting the Finance Bill and exemption notifications. He voluntarily left the Department at the level of Joint Commissioner and has a Law degree from the University of Delhi.
